A control unit designed to convert a constant shining light into one with a flashing function. Max 35W. Operating voltage 12/24 V.

The Purelux Strobe Controller is a controller that can control basically any 35W luminaire and turns it into a flashing warning light. The control unit is connected between the power supply and the light source and adapts and changes the power supply from constant to instantaneous. When the lamp is on, it normally shines evenly. When the power is turned off and then on again, the control box changes the current from steady to momentary, which causes the light to flash, ie the controller does not limit the normal use of the light, but the flash function can be turned on or off if desired. This means that both a stable and constant light image and a flashing light image can be used as needed. With the flash function, the light flashes quickly three times, followed by a pause of about one second, then flashes again three times quickly. (1-1-1-0-1.. etc) The Purelux Strobe Controller is suitable for both 12V and 24V systems.

Luminaires and lights with an output below 35W, or several lamps with a total lower output of 35 W can be connected to the control unit.

Quick guide
The control unit is connected between the power source, e.g. the battery, and the lamp. Four wires come from the controller, one red and one black wire from both ends. The black wire at one end is connected to the minus of the power source and the red wire to the switch. Correspondingly, the red and black wires coming from the other end are connected to the lamp's power cable and to the ground cable.
