Switch Panel with Fuse / Relay Box - 8 Gang - Bluetooth App Control - Remote Control - RGB Multi Colour Backlight - 12v/24v
Switch panel Purelux Multi-switch Dashboard Controller Bluetooth/RF, 10-30V
A very versatile switch panel that allows you to control up to 8 different electrical devices either from the switch panel itself, using the included wireless remote control, or by utilizing a mobile application installed on your smartphone! Excellent for controlling the lights of a construction machine, truck, or SUV, for example.
The Purelux Multi-Switch Dashboard Controller is a very versatile and convenient switch panel that allows you to control up to eight different electrical devices (lights, beacons, engine fan or even a seat heater) either directly from the switch panel, from the supplied wireless remote control or from a mobile application installed on your smartphone. The switch panel can be installed, for example, in the cabin of a vehicle, so that the lights/electrical devices installed behind it can be easily operated while working. In addition, the wireless remote control provided by the remote control and mobile application allows adjustment even in situations where the switch panel is not within reach, for example from outside the vehicle. In the phone application, it is also possible to create lighting groups from devices connected to the switch panel, so that the lamps connected behind certain buttons can be programmed to turn on at the same time.
The switch panel allows, for example, the front, rear and side work lights and the beacon to be controlled separately on the machine, and the switches for all lights are conveniently located in the same place. The lights can be turned on and off individually, and in addition, the switch in the middle can be used to turn off all devices installed behind the panel at the same time. All lights (and other devices) connected to the switch panel can be turned on either continuously (i.e. on with a button and off with another click), momentarily (the light is on when the button is held down) or flashing.
The switch panel has an RGB backlight that automatically adjusts to the ambient brightness, and the color of which can be selected to be pleasing to the eye. The backlight can also be turned off by pressing the "Mode" switch once. A total of 45 different image stickers and five black, self-cut stickers for marking the switches are included. This way, the switch intended for each different device or light can be marked to prevent confusion. The symbol on the switch shines clearly even in the dark thanks to the backlight.
The switch panel can be used to turn all lights connected behind it on either steady, momentarily or flashing. The function can be changed by pressing the Mode button in the middle of the panel twice quickly, after which the LED indicators above the switch will start flashing. Then press the switch whose function you want to change. This way, for example, a separate flasher relay is not needed to make the lights flash! In addition, the panel is equipped with a handy memory function, meaning it turns on the lights in the same mode that was in use before the current was turned off.
In addition to the switch panel, the lights/devices installed behind it can be controlled with the included wireless remote control. The remote control has its own buttons for all eight outputs, and the operating mode for each button can be defined on the switch panel. The lights can also be controlled remotely via Bluetooth using a mobile application. To use the application, you need to download the SwitchPanel mobile application from either the Google Play store or the Apple App Store. In the mobile application, devices installed behind the switch panel can be controlled in the same way as from the switch panel, but remotely. In addition, it is really easy to form lighting groups from the lights, which allows you to easily control several lights simultaneously.
Note! The switch panel has a power rating of 600W @12V and 1200W @24V. The total power of electrical devices that are switched on at the same time must therefore be 600W (or 1200W). Circuits 1 and 2 can handle a maximum of 30A, circuits 3 and 4 20A, circuits 5 and 6 10A and circuits 7 and 8 5A. Each circuit has its own fuse in the control box.
Tip! If you need a spare battery for the remote control, you can find one here: CR2477 battery VARTA .

Connection instructions
Power: Connect the main power cable (Red) from the vehicle battery or other fixed power point to the residual current device, and from the residual current device to the fuse box at the attachment point marked in red. Connect one end of the ground cable (Black) to e.g. the vehicle frame or other fixed ground point, and the other end to the ground point marked in black in the fuse box.
Connecting the switch panel: Connect one end of the supplied 4-pin cable to the switch panel and the other end to the marked plug in the fuse box.
Excitation current: The fuse box can be supplied with excitation current depending on the desired use: if you do not want the devices installed behind the switch to work without the vehicle being running, it is advisable to connect the excitation current cable to, for example, the cigarette lighter or the base of the ignition switch. If you want the devices connected to the panel to be used even when the vehicle is off, it is advisable to connect the excitation current directly to, for example, the positive pole of the car battery or another fixed power point. Connect the 2-pin excitation current cable plug to the fuse box.
Note! The red LED indicator next to the fuse indicates if the fuse has blown.
Connecting lights (or other electrical devices): Connect the desired lights to outlets 1-8 in the fuse box. Note the maximum current rating of each circuit, and connect the device to be connected to an outlet with the appropriate power.
Valostore's tip: If the power of the lights/devices exceeds the maximum power of the controller (600W @12V, 1200W @24V), the controller can also control a relay, in which case the current required by the lights (or some of the lights) goes through the relay/relay wiring harness, and only the excitation current comes from the controller. In this case, instead of the power wire of the light, only the excitation wire of the relay/relay wiring harness is connected to the output (1-8) coming from the controller.
This way, some of the lights can be connected behind their own relay wiring harness . In this case, the current to the lights runs through the relay, and they do not require power from the controller, and the controller only controls the relay's excitation.
Additional features of the switch panel - in addition to continuous power, the switches can be programmed to operate as a one-time flash button or a continuous flashing strobe function : To change the operating mode, follow these instructions: Step 1: Turn on the switch panel. Step 2: Press the “Mode” button twice quickly and the LED indicators above the switches will start flashing. Step 3: Press the switch whose operation you want to change. Step 4: Test the operation. If the operating mode did not change, turn on the switch panel again and repeat steps 1-3.
Pairing and using the remote control: Press the ON/OFF button and one of the eight operation buttons on the switch panel at the same time, the ON/OFF button indicator will turn red. Then press the ON/OFF button on the remote control, the button indicators on the switch panel will flash 3 times, indicating that the pairing is successful. The remote control can control all 8 outputs, the output operating modes must be selected on the switch panel.
Installing the mobile app : Download the SwitchPanel app from either the Google Play Store, the Apple App Store, or by using the QR code found on the packaging and on the last page of the user manual.
