Purelux Black Raven 20 is an efficient and durable work light with a wide light pattern, which is part of the manufacturer's Black Raven work light series designed for demanding professional use. This product family has been created to withstand the extreme conditions created by the changing seasons, as evidenced by e.g. Jykevä frame, coated with a customized coating, excellently resistant to light corrosion, which passes e.g. 1000 hour NSS (Neutral Salt Spray) test. The entire series is also vibration tested with a force of 15G, which ensures durability even in heavy work use. Vibration resistance is an important feature, especially in the use of heavy vehicles, when the light is constantly subjected to loads and vibrations from the vehicle's frame, the force of which weakens the lights. The Black Raven 20 is the most compact in its series, and with a light output of 2104 lumens, it forms a very wide and uniform light beam that illuminates the vehicle's immediate areas extensively and efficiently. The body, which is exceptionally resistant to corrosion-prone conditions, combined with a high-quality spotlight, makes Black Raven lights an excellent choice for, for example, trucks, logging trucks, snowplows, wheel loaders, road construction sites and practically all such vehicles that work in the middle of traffic, i.e. road salt, mud, small and splashy mud.
Also worth mentioning is the 5000 kelvin color temperature of the lights, which maximizes sharpness and accuracy, making it much easier to detect terrain shapes and obstacles. The neutral color temperature has also been proven to reduce the strain on the eyes, so that the level of alertness remains good and even long-term work does not cause eye fatigue. In addition, the lights of the Black Raven series are completely impact-resistant (tested with up to 60G force), and they are equipped with e.g. with the best possible tightness rating (IP68/IP69K), R148 approval, a stunning black frame, a sturdy mounting base and the TCS heat regulation system (Automatic Temperature Control System), which takes care of continuous operational reliability. So it is undoubtedly a light series suitable for year-round conditions, which will not leave the user in trouble.
In terms of appearance, the Black Ravens are completely unique, and the black frame of the lens gives them an eye-catching modern look. The installation of the lights is facilitated by the DT cable already attached to the frame, as well as the sturdy mounting base, which allows the lights to be mounted practically anywhere. Wide operating voltage (9-36V) enables installation in both 12V and 24V systems. Black Ravenit is protected against radio interference according to the CISPR25 Class 3 classification, and their R148 approval enables use in road traffic also as reversing lights, so it is a very high-quality and versatile set of work lights.
